From Alexander Hamilton to George Clinton, 7 March 1804

To George Clinton

Albany March 7. 1804

Sir

On Saturday last I sent you a letter of which the foregoing is a copy,1 to which I have as yet received no reply.

Intending to leave this place for New York on Saturday next, it is important that I should receive an answer before that day.
