From Thomas Smith

[Philadelphia] February 28, 1792. “… the amount of Certificates of the assumed debt presented & funded at this office is 674,675 Dollars which deducted from the Quota allotted this State Viz 2.200.000.1 Dollars leaves 1,525.325 the Interest On Which agreeably to the statement on the other side amounts to 13982.14 Cts. for the Quarter ending 31 March 1792.”
