To Tench Coxe

[Philadelphia] December 6, 1794. “Mr. Hamilton requests Mr. Coxe to state to him how far the supplies procured & expected to be procured from measures already taken are adequate to the requisitions from the War Department for Gun Powder including Salt Petre as the Ingredient.”1
