Treasury Department, Revenue Office, December 31, 1792. “The Superintendent of the Establishments on Delaware1 has occasion for about four hundred and fifteen Dollars to discharge all the balances falling due this day in that part of the public service. I have to ask the favor of a Warrant to him for that Sum.…”
