If the Promise I made you had not been before the Witnesses you mention I should nevertheless have fulfill’d it. I now repeat it under my hand. You shall have a Copy of the Letter I propos’d to be written to you, and some farther Reasons in Addition. I have the honour to be Sir Your most obedient humble Servant
