I request the favour of your attention to the bearer, William Strickland Esqr, a gentleman of considerable Property in Yorkshire, and an honorary member of the Board of agricultural, who proposes taking an agricultural survey of America. Any civilities you will have the goodness to show to him, will much oblige,
