From John Adams to Thomas Jefferson, 16 September 1787

London Septr. 16. 1787

Dear Sir

give me Leave to introduce to you Mr John Brown Cutting, who will need no other Recommendation, than his own Genius. Let me beg your acceptance, too of a Sett of my Defence, &c and let me know your Opinion of the Second Vol.—and whether it is worth my While to write a third upon Confederations. &c.
