Sunday 5th. Mercury at 44 in the Morning—54 at Noon and 54 at Night.

The forenoon variable—sometimes threatning and then promising—but clear, fine and agreeable in the afternoon. Wind southerly all day.

Colo. Pickney &ca. set out after breakfast.

At home all day writing.
