Sir,

I have the Honour to transmit enclos⟨ed⟩ a Copy of my Reply to Mr. Canning’s Letter t⟨o⟩ me of the 23d. of last Month, accompanying his official Answer, of the same Date, to my Note of the 23d. of August. I have the Honour to be, with the highest Consideration, Sir your most Obedient Humble Servant.
