Dallas. 29 March 1806, Department of State. “I have caused the second section of the ‘Act in addition to the Act, entitled “an Act for the punishment of certain crimes against the United States,’”1 as printed by Duane & Smith, to be compared with the roll, which is found to agree exactly with it.”
