§ From William Henry Harrison. 17 February 1806, Vincennes. “Agreeably to your instructions I employed Mr. Elihu Stout to Publish the laws passed by Congress & I do hereby Certify He has Comp[i]led those passed at the first Session of the Eighth Congress.”
