From Alexander Hamilton to George Washington, [15 February 1793]

To George Washington

[Philadelphia, February 15, 1793]

The Secretary of the Treasury has the honor to communicate, for the perusal of the President, a copy of his second Letter to the H: of Representatives;1 which he will be obliged, if not inconvenient, to the President, to have returned on Monday morning, to be then sent to the Senate.2
