Treasury Department, July 27, 1790. “… I request that you will be so obliging as to inform me, whether you have received and found right, a parcel of 150 Ship Registers prepared according to law & forwarded to your Office on the 9th of December last, and another parcel of 200, also forwarded to your office on the 16th of the same Month.…”
