DS, DLC:GW. The document seems to be in the hand of Charles Smith. Henry Brinker (died c.1772) was an ordinary keeper in Winchester.

1This is a highly speculative reading of the signature. The Chenoweth (various spellings) family lived in Frederick County north of Winchester.
