1The enclosure (1 p.) was Daniel Bradford’s 25 Sept. 1806 account totaling $81.50 for publishing the laws of the first session of the Ninth U.S. Congress at Lexington, Kentucky, with Bradford’s note requesting that the amount be paid to the Barrs. The account bears Jacob Wagner’s signed note of 20 Oct. 1806, certifying its accuracy.
