Treasury Department, Revenue Office, December 11, 1794. Requests “that a duplicate Warrant may issue in favor of Joel Gibbs for the sum of two hundred & eight Dollars & eight cents, in paymt. for Artillery Hats delivered by him agreeably to contract.…”2
