Philadelphia, April 18, 1794. “The contingent account of the Department of State, from the last settlement down to the 15th instant, accompanied with vouchers, having been presented to the Auditor, I must beg the favor of you to cause a warrant to issue on the Treasurer payable to George Taylor Junr.1 for One thousand Dollars.…”
