Philadelphia 17th June 1801

The Chevalier d’Yrujo has the honor of presenting his respects to the Secretary of State and acknowledges the receipt of the Exequaturs sent for don Thomas Stoughton and Don Felipe Fatio, and returns thanks for the promptitude with which they were forwarded.
