[Newport, Rhode Island] March 3, 1794. “I have received your letter of the 7th of Feby. last1 acknowledging the reception of a duplicate Receipt of the Bank of Providence No. 58 for seven thousand Dolls.…2 I hope my Petition will not be forgotten.”3
