Treasury Department, Comptroller’s Office, July 7, 1794. “In obedience to your Letter of June 25.1 I have the honour to transmit a statement of the expences incurred at the respective Loan Offices for Clerkship & stationary, at the several periods therein mentioned. I have caused the number of Creditors in the different Stocks, to be stated at the same periods.…”
