[Philadelphia] April 19, 1794. “The Secretary of State has the honor of informing the Secretary of the Treasury that the inclosed applications for passports relate to cases which have been considered by the President, Colo. H. and E. R. as proper, and are sent for the purpose of obtaining them.”
