Treasury Department, Register’s Office, August 8, 1793. Sends “an Estimate of the Pro[ba]ble Amount of Rations which have been and which may be issued from the 1st. January 1793 to the 30th. September following by Messrs. Elliot & Williams1 Contractors for supplying the Western posts with Provisions.”2
