Sir

I do myself the honor to enclose a sett of warrants, corresponding with those you were pleased to sign for the officers of the Portsmouth—

Mr. Shaw will be so good as to furnish the dates of such Commns. & Warrants, as you may sign & issue

I have the honor to be, / with the highest respect & Esteem / sir Yr Most Obed. Servt.
