Treasury Department, August 26, 1790. “The Secretary of the Treasury has the honor respectfully to submit to the President of the United States a new contract made by William Allibone,1 Superintendant of the Light-house and other establishments on the Delaware, with Abraham Hargis as Keeper of the said ligh house.…”
