Henry Knox to Bartholomew Dandridge, Jr.

Dec. 26 1794.

General Knox presents his Compliments to Mr Dandridge and requests that the papers, accompanying this, respecting the Frigates, may be submitted to the President of the United States.1

A Copy of the promotions and appointments in the army is also transmitted.2
