[Philadelphia, June 21, 1794]

The Secretary of the Treasury presents his Compliments to Mr. Rawle—requests that he will be so obliging as to call at the Treasury Office, tomorrow morning at Nine OClock, to converse on a matter of public business. It is expected that other persons concerned in it will be present.2
