Mr. Hamilton will thank Mr. Low if not inconvenient for the loan of 100 Dollars for a few days.

1Low, a New York City merchant and land speculator, had been a director of the Bank of New York and of the Society for Establishing Useful Manufactures. In 1796 he was a director of the New York Office of Discount and Deposit of the Bank of the United States.
