West Point 21st June 1779 10 A.M.

Sir,

The inclosed Letters will inform you of what is passing with The Enemy.1 A movement will soon take place. Nixon and Parsons Brigades are on the Positions you were pleased to assign them.2 I have the Honor to be Your Excellency Hble Servant.
