Dexter, James Renshaw, David Deacon, and Louis Alexis to be masters commandant. The partial letterbook copy of the enclosure erroneously listed Macdonough, Warrington, Bainbridge, Crane, and Blakeley as lieutenants to be promoted to masters commandant.
