Enclosure (one large folio sheet) is a “Return of the Militia of the United States,” 15 Feb. 1811 (printed in ASP description begins American State Papers: Documents, Legislative and Executive, of the Congress of the United States … (38 vols.; Washington, 1832–61). description ends , Military Affairs, 1:298–301). JM forwarded the enclosure to Congress in his message of 19 Feb. 1811.
