I have the Honour to transmit Copies of two Communications lately made to me by Mr. Canning, relative to the Affairs of the Union, and a Seaman called Wm. Trisset, together with a Copy of my answer to one of them. I have the honour to be, with the highest Consideration, Sir, your most obedient, Humble Servant,
