American Consulate Liverpool 25 April 1808

Sir

I had this Honor on the 20th. instant. The present is merely for the purpose of informing you of the arrival of Mr. Rose at the Metropolis on Friday last. I have the honor to be with perfect respect, your Most Obedt. Servt.
