March 25th: 1793

The President encloses a draft for the Director of the Mint to receive five thousand dollars for the purposes of that establishment—likewise a letter for Mr. G. Morris, which he requests the Secretary of State will be so good as to forward with the public dispatches he may send to that Gentleman.
