Mount Vernon 5th Feby 1785.

Sir,

Here with you will receive the ingrossed Bill which was forwarded to me by Colo. Grayson for the purpose of getting printed copies taken.1

I hope it will get safe to your hands—that I may be satisfied of this, be so good as to inform me thereof.2I am Sir &c.
