[Philadelphia] March 8, 1791. Transmits “a commission for Stephen Keyes, Collector of Allburgh1 in Vermont.”

1. Vermont was admitted to the Union on March 4, 1791. On the same day Keyes, a Burlington, Vermont, merchant, was appointed collector of Alburg.
