I have recd your Letter of the 28th Ult. and take the earliest opportunity wh. has offered of answering it. The Principles on which you account for havg delayed Notices of Tryal on the West Chester Causes merit my Acknowledgmts

You need be under no apprehension of Non Suits in case you shd. prevail upon yourself to postpone the Tryal which I confess I cant forbear wishing may be the Case, tho it not does not appear to me altogether reasonable to request it—

As to the omission of a Terms Notice, I beg you will be perfectly easy—be assured that my Conduct towards you on this as well as all other occasions will be such as Friendship may dictate & [illegible] approve—
