Above is triplicate of mine1 to you ⅌ Capt Henton2 to which have receivd no answer. I have now to beg the favour of you to pay Mess[rs.] Fraser Grant & Baillie of St Christophers on Mr Crugers Account as soon as convenient £13.4.10 Windward Currency for which Mr. Thomas shall have Credit.

1In the MS of this letter the first line is crossed out. It reads as follows: “I wrote you the 28th of last Month.” The letter of the “28th of last Month” is probably the “triplicate” to which H is here referring. Letter not found.
