New York, July 20, 1786. Describes measures needed to satisfy the claims of Wooldrige’s creditors.

1Thomas Wooldrige, a former British subject, at this time was a resident of New York City and a member of the firms of Wooldrige and Kelly and of Kelly, Lot and Company, engaged in West Indian trade. In 1787 Wooldrige was imprisoned in New York City for debt.
