<The Hague, June 16, 1778, in French: The enclosures were written yesterday and today, and a partial copy has gone to Mr. Lee in Vienna.4 The Grand Facteur has not returned the treaty, and may not until permission comes to send it on. He has written to his firm about the enclosed article.>
