1. Nathaniel Gorham was supervisor of the revenue for the District of Massachusetts. On October 30, 1794, Warrant No. 4201 for eighteen hundred dollars was issued to Gorham (D, RG 217, Miscellaneous Treasury Accounts, 1790–1894, Account No. 7701, National Archives).
