I have been a few hours since favored with yours of the 13th.

With regard to the manoeuvring the Troops; under the circumstances you mention I think it may be instantly entered upon, as you are of opinion that it can be done without; risking the safety of the post—or that its garrison will be able to complete what still remains unfinished. I am Sir
