Since I had the honor of addressing you on the 5th instant, Mr Pintard has requested me to sollicit a permission for Mrs Pintard with her family and effects to pass from New York to Elizabeth Town. I would hope that this matter may be agreeable to your Excellency and that Mrs Pintard may be furnished with the proper passports for the purpose.
