I yesterday recd advice from Philadel. that the whole of the Clothing reported to you in my last return was in Motion by way of Trenton: I must therefore take the Liberty to request your Excellencys Orders respecting its disposition, as tis now coming forward to this place, and I have the honor to be with the most perfect respect Your Excellencys Obliged, Obdt & ready servant
