The Situation of my Affairs rendering it Impracticable for me to Continue longer in the service, with any Degree of propriety, I have inclosed the Necessary Certificates, And should Esteem it A Favour Your Excellency would be pleas’d to grant me A Discharge Therefrom. I have the Honor to be Your Excellencys Most Obedient Servant
