May it Please Your Excellency

Being often Purlissitaeted by Ensn Buck and his Circumstances Being such that It is of the Utmost Importience to him to Leave the service altho it is with the Greatest Reluctence I consent—as to his Request he being and Behaveing as a Good Officer in Every Respect scence he Belonged to the Regt—But from the Reduced state of the Regt by the Discharge of the three years men and his Earnest Desire Do Recommend him for a Discharge.
