Parole, Roxbury.Countersign, Schenectady:

Benjamin Child Soldier in Col. Glovers Regiment, and in Capt. Broughton’s Company, tried by a General Court Martial, upon an Appeal from a Regimental Court Martial: The Court were unanimously of opinion the proceedings of the regimental Court was irregular and therefore acquit the prisoner.
