Mount Vernon 21st July 1766.


Having made very little Tobacco last year, it is out of my power to Ship you any this, I have therefore desired Mr Gildart to pay you the Balle of my Acct—to wit £1.13.7¾.1 I am Gentn Yr Most Obedt Servt
