2Cary shipped “2 Oz. [best] blond [Silk].”

3Jaconet muslin is a lightweight cloth.

5Bottle sliders were trays for decanters. This may be the “2 pr bottle Stands coverd wt. hairy calfskn” that Cary sent on 13 Feb. 1764.

6Cary shipped GW a tea kettle on 13 Feb. 1764, but in his invoice to Cary of 10 Aug. 1764 GW reordered a tea kitchen, saying that he did not wish to have the tea kettle.
