Field Officer for to Morrow Majr Waddell.

Adjutant for to morrow the Royal Americans.

The Adjutants to bring in returns of their different Corps1 at Orderly time to Morrow.

The Commissarys to make returns of Stores of every kind at the Same time.

1The term “corps” here and hereafter in the Orderly Book seems to refer to one or more of the different components of Forbes’s army: the Royal Americans, the Highlanders, the 1st, 2d, and 3d battalions of the Pennsylvania regiment, the 1st and 2d Virginia regiments, the Maryland companies, the North Carolina companies, and the contingent of troops from the Lower Counties (Delaware). A return made of Forbes’s forces at Loyalhanna on 4 Nov. 1758 (DLC:GW) is reproduced as figure 2.
