Should it become necessary to ⟨a⟩ppoint Commissioners to ascertain and survey the boundary lines fixed by the treaty with the Creek Nation of Indians Concluded on the 9th day of August 1814 we take the liberty to recommend, Mr. John Kershaw and William Barnett late Members of Congress as persons in whom the government may place the most implicit Confidence and quallified to perform the duty We are Sir very respectfully Your Obt Servts
